I love inspirational weight loss stories. There are tons of weight loss inspiration stories out there and now there may be one more–mine. This my current before and after photos to the left.
First, let me explain that you can lose weight if you want, but you do not have to. What do I mean by that? I mean you do not everHAVE to lose weight.
Try (and I know it is hard) to love yourself where you are. Take the pressure off and fall in love with the process without getting too hung up on the results.
On my blog , I will also chronicle my on-going, up and down journey in improving my health and learning to take better care of myself (amongst many other things).
There are some incredible stories that have inspired me.

My Ongoing Weight Loss Story and You
Prior to my weight loss experience, I had been put on disability for severe depression and anxiety. I had tried to lose weight in my allegedly mentally healthier days, but failed. During my journey, I was also injured during a martial arts lesson and confined to bed without the ability to walk for more than minutes at a time.
Normally, I would use this time to catch up on ice cream eating and cable watching, but this time I did something different.
I’m not selling you some healthy-inspirational-loss-program-weight pill or eBook or that kind of crap. I’m just telling you what worked for me, and my story and give you opportunity to share your story (more on that soon so subscribe now).
